Grillz in Paris 7th – Invalides
The 7th arrondissement is one of the most residential and ministerial parts of central Paris, home to the Eiffel Tower, the gilded dome of Les Invalides, and street after street of grand 19th-century apartment buildings housing embassies and government offices. It has very little nightlife and almost no retail nightlife to speak of, which means our clients here are rarely passers-by — they are usually residents who have heard about us by word of mouth or found us online, booking well in advance rather than on impulse.
The Champ de Mars draws enormous crowds of visitors every evening for the Eiffel Tower light show, but that tourist traffic rarely overlaps with the quiet, settled streets just a few blocks back toward École Militaire or the Musée d'Orsay, where longtime residents and diplomatic staff live. It is not an arrondissement where people wear grillz as streetwear; the requests we get here lean toward a single refined piece, often a gift, or something a younger family member living with parents in the quarter wants away from the household.
Because so much of the 7th is residential and relatively quiet, home visits are the natural fit here, and discretion around comings and goings at an address near an embassy or ministry is something we're used to managing carefully. Travel from Châtelet is straightforward by métro line 8, and we're happy to plan an appointment around a client's working hours in a ministry or international organisation nearby.
